WHAT'S YOUR SELLING POINT?

  First things first,I am not asking you about your six packs,overly big and shaped boobs and ass,am simply asking 'what can you offer' !
    I can't help but emphasize on the high rise of misplaced priority in our generation! Social media can be said to be a blessing and a curse now! One of my lecturer in school once said something I can't seem to forget,she said if you are a woman and you are beautiful and intelligent,congrats! If you are not fine(everyone is created beautiful but let's be realistic some people are just overly deprived in the looks department) and you are intelligent too,congrats also,if you are beautiful and not intelligent well it's not too bad! But if you are not fine and not intelligent,biko what's your selling point? As humans,we all need to find a purpose in life.
      Using myself as an example,I am always scared to make moves or start up anything! My pessimistic side comes up and kills everything.I start thinking 'what if I fail' then it got to a point and I had to atleast try! I used to date a guy and the relationship ended on a sour note.Before the relationship ended,he had this particular girl he was crazy about(uncle told me that's his family friend oh,but na lie!!! They were digging each other dangerously) eventually he dumped me for the girl.On the girls birthday,he put up a picture of her on his Instagram page praising her based on her numerous talents and skills..then it struck me! I wasn't showcasing any talent,I wasn't offering him anything! I was just one of those other girls that disturb's a guys life! I felt really bad because I know I could actually do a lot of things but I wasn't doing any of it.Then my blog was created,I read my books more(I won't lie I don't like school) and yes I am a GRADUATE!!!
      To be realistic,the  world today is more of a man's world.Lots of expectation have been placed on women and lots of women are beginning to make positive moves and creating a Better life for themselves.Asides from developing yourself to be good for 'that man',developing yourself also satisfies your Ego,even God will be happy with you.I know someone reading this will probably be thinking 'oh because she has a blog now she thinks she's a CEO and can dish out advice abi' carryon but I will say my own!
      It is so nice to have a closet filled with cloths and shoes and knowing how to highlight and contour the face properly(somebody needs to teach me this) but what else can you offer the world.Nobody is sent into this world without any talent.Pick up yourself,don't just spend all your money or sugar daddy's money on brazillian hair,start a business if that's what you are into,go and look for that your dream job,if they turn you down go back there again till they pursue you with security.Life is more than material things,some people that we know are buying houses in banana island and it's not like they have three Breast it's the same two that you have oh.Oya getup like that and make that beautiful life of yours meanigful.
    Do something...be different....
